Refund Policy

⚠️ Important: Rabits are a digital in-game currency delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. General Policy

All purchases of Rabits on buy-robux.org are non-refundable once the Rabits have been credited to your Robar account. This is consistent with standard practice for digital in-game currency and virtual goods under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and equivalent regulations worldwide.

By completing a purchase you confirm that you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited upon delivery.

2. Exceptions — When We Will Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

Non-delivery: Your Rabits were not credited to your account within 24 hours of a confirmed payment and you have contacted our support team.
Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
Unauthorised transaction: You have evidence that the purchase was made without your authorisation and you have reported it to us promptly (within 14 days of the charge).
Technical error on our side: A verified fault in our system resulted in an incorrect or failed delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the eligible exceptions above:

Contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of the transaction date.
Include your order reference number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where only a portion of an order was affected by a technical error, we may issue a partial refund or credit equivalent to the undelivered portion.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the chargeback with transaction evidence. We strongly encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
